Real estate mess
Hello **** ****, I'm sorry to hear about your real estate issue. Can you please give more details about the situation? Also, could you let me know your location so I can provide the most relevant legal information?
I have a mess that I desperately need help with. I'm a single mom who lives in Kannapolis. I am a victim of multiple fraudulent situations by a real estate investor, his lawyer and my mortgage company. There's deed fraud, 3rd party fraud, misrepresentation, financial fraud, breach of contract, discrimination, ethics violations, mortgage fraud and that's just scratching the surface. The investor was supposedly helping me stop the foreclosure of my deceased mother's home. I didn't realize I had signed a deed to my house until after it was done and had many concerns with the contract which I was told would be kept in a file cabinet and revisited after the foreclosure stopped. The investor filed the deed without my knowledge. Had his lawyer contact my mortgage company stating they represented me, which is massively inaccurate. The mortgage company released my information to the lawyer even though I specifically told them not to release it to anyone. The investor paid off the mortgage and then sold my home to another investor profiting close to $100k off the sell. I was completely unaware of all of this until it was over and the new owner came to me asking my plans on vacating and when. I have not received * dime or have had anyone contact me informing me about anything. I was already struggling to buy groceries and living in a financial disaster. Now with my utilities facing disconnection I'm also facing homelessness with no way of moving my things or no place to take them. I need help in the worst way imaginable. I can't afford the upfront fees to get things started but would be more than willing to have them along with anything else deducted from whatever the outcome is. I have emails from the investor admitting this mess, emails and transcripts from the mortgage company of the interactions. The mortgage company cannot find my account at all now which is also interesting. Can you please help me? I have a nearly 3k Sq ft home worth roughly $350k that was stolen from me full of my sweet mother's things. My 18 year old son who is a senior in high school, our * pets and myself have nowhere to go. I was told if we had a cloud put on the property that would at least ensure a roof over our heads until we had a resolution and the financial means to move on.
