I believe that my vehicle was inpropearly Impounded, I live in Springfield, Oregon and while driving to the store had an issue where the cops were involved and I went to jail for the night. When I was arrested I was parked in a apartment complexes parking area and had left my boyfriend to take care of my vehicle as I was being detained.
