I am having a issue with a city property maintenance specialist someone who works for the city I live in that has been harassing me for 4 years constantly trying to bring citations against me and every time I correct a problem within a month to 2 months to 3 months he comes up with another thing that he tries to issue a citation for and this has been going on for 4 years I have talked to City council Members over and over I have talked to his supervisor yet he still continues the harassment
