I realize i am going to have to get a lawyer now, was just not sure if there was a time limit to file something in new hampshire as it is approaching 6 months since he passed.
In New Hampshire, there is no strict deadline to open probate. However, after 3 years from the date of death, you may need court permission. Please consult with a probate attorney to ensure your interests are protected.
