I was in the straight lane and a truck put on their left turn signal and got into the left turning lane at the intersection of kilarney and two creeks cary nc and how the accident occurred i was going straight then they got in the left turning lane with a left turn arrow and a solid white line to side of them and tried to execute a right turn to two creek side of intersection from his left turning lane and struck my vehicle while i was going in the straight lane and had a green light and they had a blinking yellownlight and their were cones blocking off the lane to my right for construction and i was going the speed limit and honk to warn them not to make the turn or they would hit me
