I moved ina place with landlord. She knew I had severe asthma. Gave her $* deposit prorated rent for month of June. As I was about to arrive to her property wit estimated time of arrival with my groceries and from out of town .She texted me you may want to come in and smell around because I have stained a piece of furniture. "Is this going to be a problem for you?"I replied YES. She texed I can move it into the other bedroom. For * nights the fumes of oil based stain was permiating throughout the the entire upper and lower townhouse. She keeps her vents closed upstairs. It was about * to *+ degrees. She said .I left of the air so you would be comfortable. When its90plus degrees outsisude. I purchased a air purifier and bought vent covers. Meanwhile she turned on AC in which she states only cools downstairs??.I left after 2nights of no sleep difficulty breathing windows opened. I asked if she would move furniture. She didn't. I do not want to stay there. There's too may problems up front.Shes constantly turning thermostat up and down All vents are closed upstairs?? I have a breathing machine, inhalers, and a vocal cord dysfunction. She knew that before I moved in. I believe she is running a scam to take peoples deposits and atleast 1st months rent.
