Nice to meet you, Joaqua. How can I assist you with your legal matter today?
Hi, I’m currently residing in Cass County Missouri. I live in Autumn Woods Development which is managed by a realtor. I’m unsure who or how to reach the actual property owners. We are advised to mail our rent in monthly to a local PO BOX. I mailed our rent in on */*, which is was to be delivered on */*. The realtor called me */* at 9pm informing that the rent had not been received. After checking the status, it showed it was still at the postal processing center, it has been there since the 2nd and it still hasn’t been delivered. Since then she has been constantly been finding things to complain about. She saw my parked halfway in the driveway Saturday because I was unloading groceries. She said that was unacceptable so I moved the vehicle. She is complaining about my husbands truck which is parked in the driveway but every night his tires go flat so we air them up before leaving each, he just has bad tires. Today, I parked on the street and she came knocking on my door advising that I couldn’t park on the street and I need to the use the garage. There are several tenants parked on the street as she is telling me this and has not went to anyone of them. She then goes on to say if we don’t use the garage or get rid of a vehicle we will be evicted

- Evictions can only be enforced by a sheriff.
Please contact a local attorney for specific advice.
