I am a residence in Colorado, DENVER county. My landlord has went to the process of eviction. They have obtained a default judgments, as well as a writ for restitution that has been issued, however, this was never served to me directly, nor posted at my door. it was only received via mail that was postmarked */* but the hearing date was */* and I did not get this information until two days ago, I am trying to figure out with that part was their improper service? If not, there is another concern, which is that on the paperwork for the hearing it states that I did not receive any assistance, but they received rental assistance payments made to them that they accepted earlier on , I am also on food assistance as well as Colorado works cash assistance, which clearly means that they were either unaware, or they knowingly withheld that information because I am seeing under CRS *-*–*(*) that this writ can’t be executed for a minimum of 30 days from the date of issuance if I am an active participant in Colorado works and receive cash aid.
