I have been living in my rental property for 4 months. Every month on the 1st the landlord calls and ask when I am going to pay the rent. Then everyday after that he sends a text until a Zelle the rent. This month I have not sent the rent yet because my account has been hacked/frozen. He texted me a 3 day to vacate notice. The rent is only 7 days late. Can he do that?
