I have a landlord issue
Hi **** ****, I'm sorry to hear about your landlord issue. Could you please provide more details about the situation so I can better assist you? Are you currently facing issues related to eviction, maintenance, or something else?
I was approached by my landlord to rent a room out of his home he asked me I didn't ask him we had an agreement because I'm disabled and I was waiting on my disability we became intimate a couple of times but he is a drunk and started harassing and bullying me so that ended and ever since I've been harassed called very bad names giving Faith eviction notices on my door I had him arrested due to the harassment and he had my dog taken off. That fortunately my dog found his way back there's message to his brother him complaining that my dog made his way back therefore I know he took my dog off just because he doesn't like my dog. Since I had him arrested and now have a letter in the mail from the courthouse they said it's about an ejectment whatever that is that I'm being sued by Mr Williams who is my landlord although he claims to not know anything about it. It's a fast track court appearance although I don't know when the court date is he has not went down to the courthouse and found any eviction he just put a note on my door from some attorney with the same last name as his. I called the courthouse to find out what it's about and they said I was being sued. Long story short he was paying my phone bill because we were in intimate whatever it was but had my phone turned off one day out of the blue without telling me so I could give the disability office another number to reach me at and my disability was denied but it has been appealed and is now pending in the determination center
