I have an eviction for non payment of rent and for possession of property but the landlord failed to register his LLC with the state so i am answering to hte claim that the lease is invlade and unenforcable due to this plus misrepresentation and deceptive business practives he also used myltiple spellings of his name, myltiple address, and the roles and titiles of the people on the lease are all him in a different version of his name spelled, he also threatening to change my locks on the house without a court order * times in writing and then proveeded to file eviction after i told him i thiought he needed a court order, i am counterclaiming for damanage of deceptive business and i was to staty the eviction and possession of the property due to his no authority too, i also wasnt to have the case dismisseed. what petition or motion do i file first or how should i go about this?
