White Label License Review

I have written a white label (PLR) license for a digital product. Could you tell me if I have missed anything or worded anything wrongly? What I have:

White Label License for Content Maximizer Guide, Cheat Sheet, and Checklist [YES] Can be edited and modified in any way [YES] Can be branded and sold as a report with personal use rights only (PDF) [YES] Can put your name or company name as the author [YES] Can be used in an e-course or as webinar material [YES] Can use the content on your website, blog, or on social media [YES] Can be given away in exchange for an email address with personal use rights only (PDF) [YES] Can be translated to other languages [YES] Sell it on Etsy, Envato, Creative Market, Amazon or other marketplaces UNLESS that marketplace prohibits the selling of PLR or White Label rights content. Major revisions of the current content may make this option more viable. It is your responsibility to know and follow the marketplace's rules and terms of service. [YES] Can use the content to create and post videos on video sharing sites/blogs, etc. [NO] You cannot claim sole copyright to the content because it is white label/PLR and thus being used by others. What you have purchased is the license to revise, reproduce, and distribute. If you need to indicate your rights, use wording to the effect of: “Published (or) Reproduced under white label license.” [NO] You may NOT sell or give away private label or white label rights (non-transferable PLR) [NO] Cannot be added to membership sites with resell and master resell rights [NO] Cannot extract and sell the graphic assets individually inside a product or package not related to this Content Maximizer package [NO] Cannot use the name "**** K Cassell" or "CNW Publishing" as author if anything has been changed in the content
