I need help. 15 months ago I drove myself to the hospital I had a reaction to medical cannabis. I was sick. I was from Florida. I was admitted to the behavioral unit and an emergency guardianship was placed on me. I appealed it. Then I was forced medication and forced into a behavioral nursing home. In Baltic Ohio. The guardianship was suppose to expire in 45 day. The nursing home placed a Guardianship on me for incompetent because I declined signing Medicaid papers. I had Medicare. I received discharge papers from the nursing home for non payment. But was not discharged. I was forced to sign the Medicaid papers and write a check for $*,* to the nursing home. Then got an incompetent order then There was a hearing and the judge ordered me to stay and not giving me the chance to defend myself properly. The judge ordered an evaluation and the doctor went off of the report from the hospital. And didn't listen to what I told him. The nursing home testified against me. I had a court appointed attorney that was not prepared. The hearing was done by Skype with poor WiFi. I couldn't hear the questions. The guardian I have will not respond to my emails, or phone calls or to the social worker. The social worker not helping me No one will help me. The guardian took my new car and closed my bank account and kept the money. I have been begging to be discharged and give me the money from the sale of my car. I am healthy, I do not take any medications, I don't want to hurt myself or others. I believe I have good behavior, it's difficult in this environment. I've been attacked several times by other residents that I shared a room. I've been moved * times I take care of myself, I can provide for myself if given back my social security check. I want the Guardianship to be dissolved, I want reevaluated, I want my car back. Or the money to purchase a new one. I have been misdiagnosed, I've been treated poorly and neglected, misunderstood. I believe my rights were and are being violated. Can I have an attorney represent me while having a guardian who is not caring about my well being. I told him I want to be discharged. Several months ago there was a care conference with management and the guardian that I requested to get an apartment I told the guardian I had a car. I was told he approved it then changed his mind, when he found out my car had value. It was very mentally abusive. I was told that since I have a guardian I have no rights. I am distraught over this situation. I just want my life back. I lay in a bed. I require no medical or assistance Some of the nursing staff say I don't belong here. The nursing home charges $*,* an month and the guardian receives over $*,* a month. They are in it for profit. Not caring about the abuse to me. Can you help me?
