My fiance had a restraining order put on him back in * of October and then he went back to jail and took a plea deal and decided to do 3 years in a state prison to clear all of it up well I received a copy of a of the restraining order and it states that it was executed August 28th * I just want to know does that mean that the restraining order is no longer good and that he he can be around me which I am the protective party
