I plan to request a civil temporary restraining order group of men who have continued to stalk me. on more than one incident. Burglarized my home, and belongings & vehicle. To my personal knowledge at least two of the men reside * separate residences. Location of the Stalkers residence is located within radius of my home, and my home of my bf. (neighbors). Can I request protection order when I do not know names? Will A Sheriff Serve if I only have a home address? physical description?

i have inherited royalties to crude oil from my mother, inherited fater she passed away. my mother was getting paid on two seperate crude oil leases for the minerals in the ground. total ammount was $*,* and the othe rlease was for $*,*. The leases were up for renewal shortly after my mother passed away. since mother passed away they only paid for thw renewal contract on the $*,* lease but not the larger ammount on the 1st ;east. My other family members who have shared the royalties on the first mineral pool for $*,*, family has received their payment for the renewed leased and signed the leasing contract. The oil company whom had previously leased the rights to to pull the oil from the ground, that company sold their oil distributing business to a new company whom has no idea that we were not paid for the first lease. They seem to think something very different than I. I am unsure on what to do. I need a probate attorney? its time to renew the lease coming january this next year.

is doordash considered rideshare?
No, DoorDash is not considered a rideshare service. Rideshare companies like Uber or Lyft provide transportation for people, while DoorDash is a food delivery service. However, they are both part of the gig economy and use similar app-based platforms for their services.
