I am a co buyer on an auto loan. The primary buyer is an ex, who I had to leave while he was at work because it was an abusive relationship. I'm scared of seeing him in person as he has assaulted me in the past and has violent tendencies. He did not make last months payment at all and he was * short for the month before. I have paid before for the car loan to make sure my credit stayed in good standing without him paying me back as he said he would. Any advice on what I can do is appreciated.
