CPS had taken my son about * weeks ago while he has been in the foster parents custody and I've been getting supervised visitation every Thursday for * hour I told them that he sounded sick today they tell me in a safety plan meeting that my son was admitted to the hospital with RSV is there any way that I can sue child protective services not only for my son not being taken care of and having the failure to protect my child but for telling me a day after he was admitted to the hospital
