It sounds like you've faced significant challenges during your divorce proceedings. Here are a few points to consider:
- **Venue**: If the case was filed in the wrong county, you may have grounds to contest the jurisdiction.
- **Domestic Violence**: New Mexico requires specialized judges for domestic violence cases.
- **Legal Representation**: You are entitled to legal representation; if your attorney quit, the court should have provided you with a pro bono attorney.

Hi ****, it appears you have concerns about correcting errors made by the court and your attorney during your divorce proceedings. Here are some general points that might help:
- **Wrong Venue**: You might have grounds for appeal if the case was filed in the wrong county.
- **Domestic Violence**: Specialized judges should handle such cases.
- **Legal Representation**: If your attorney quit, the court should have provided a pro bono attorney.
However, statutes of limitations can affect your ability to contest these issues. In New Mexico, different actions have different time limits:

- **Malpractice**: Legal malpractice claims must be filed within three years from when the malpractice occurred or was discovered.
