I am trying to get an eviction off my record. I owned a Mobil home in Polk county, I have documentation from the Ridge Mobil home community that states I do not owe them any money as they took my home

I understand. I called the clerks office the lady I spoke to told me they don’t do that. I am homeless with my daughter that is special needs. No place will rent to us.
