My mom passed Nov *. Her will went to probate Marlboro Co Bennettsville SC last week. Just learned it'll be Aug * before anything is distributed. All I have is her car, paid for. Will I too have to wait for that and who has possession of the car until then? My daughter, whom mom adopted (so for this she a sibling) inherited everything but the car. If she has it she will do all she can to depreciate/destroy the car before I get it. Thank you for you assistance in advance
