I was on leave from surgery and originally was supposed to be on leave for * weeks the surgery went wrong and i ended up staying in the hospital i was placed long term disability the job states that i was terminated for duration of medical leave because of the incorrect documentation sent by the staff of the doctor stating i could return to work but i was still under medical care
