so I got a fare evasion criminal citation a while ago and my case has appeared on their system after a lot of days but they haven’t set the court date yet and it’s not known when they will. The last name on the file in the system was wrong, and my lawyer found my case another way, which means even in a background check, it may not appear because my last name was wrong, right? until they set the court date and I go to the trial will it appear on my background check if I apply for a job and will they see it or not really
