The thing is a friend of mine is lesbian and she just turned * in April . And there is another bisexual girl who is * . Right ! My friend’s name is **** and the girl who is * is bhawna . So case starts with bhawna asked for nudes from **** who was * at that time . She sent the nudes and then they got into sexual relationship. While she was * . Now something happened between them and bhawna who is * is blackmailing and threatening her that if it goes out she’ll tell her parents that she is lesbian and will also pubish my private images. So my friend want to filed a complaint in the university committee itself regarding sexual harassment. But the administration did not take any action and my friend took her complaint back. so basically what happened vc was not supportive so he didn't take any actions . so the girl who was at the fault came to my friend and manipulated to take the complaint back. so she took the complaint back . but on 20th may this incident happened in front of my eyes . like in the morning near about *-* am my friend was crossing the mess to go to the other hostel so that girl was there and she threw my friend to the ground and hit her and choaked her . me and * other girls pushed her away so she called the seniors and seniors called our warden and deputy registrar but she refused everything and came with * of her friends who said that she was sleeping how can it happen . then parents of both the ladies were called to the university next day . so they both gave in written that they wont have any contact. but when she was coming out of the office the girl said if i see you with any other girl or boy in next 4 years you see what will i do to you . and after some days we have our college sir ,so my friend is asking what can be done about this issue sir . cause we know sir that girl is legit psycho she can really do that to her again. so my friend is traumatised. please help
