Hello, this has nothing to do with me, but a thought. Is it possible for something to be way too hard or difficult or worse to do or be, that you can't get into trouble legally, but normally at much simpler levels you could? Is this true or even a thing, I was simply curious.
Hello ****, your question is a bit abstract but I'll try to address it. In general, the difficulty of an action doesn't exempt someone from legal consequences. Could you please provide a specific scenario so that I can give a more precise answer?
What if someone for example, psychically was controlling your mind, and made you (Not true example) you do something not that good of an idea, but it wasn't you, and you would never do it yourself, and always obey the law and never had a bad criminal record, but the person controlling you, was indeed a criminal, and they tried to make you do something criminal, and it was sooo dang difficult to control or do anything, that they made you do it, but you never did it, it was all them. So in short, it was "them", that controlled your brain and body, and made you maybe for example, put a hole in the wall in the house. They used your hand to put a hole in the wall, but you never did that at all, it was *% all them that psychically did with psychic control, and *% you or the person, would the person be responsible for any of it? The one who it became too difficult to do or think properly?
Hello ****. In Arizona, the concept of psychic control is not recognized as a legal defense. Some defenses include insanity, self-defense, or duress, but psychic control would likely not be accepted. Remember, this is general information and specific cases might vary.
