I was sitting in room son in law knocks on door ask if i can help him unjam his gun so in fear of the safety of everyone in the house i took the gun took out clip slid the slide back the gun fires and i shoot my self in leg give gun back go to hospital police talk to me go to house to check the safety of everyone at the house everyone is ok 4 months later i get a letter in mail to go to court for exfelon possession of firearm i start jury trial feb 1st
They took pictures of gun it was locked and locked in a safe my son in law has license to carry
