Ok to start off I got a charge of resisting a public officer the law was called on my soon to be ex husband by his grandfather * times for trying to hit him and my self and trying to light trash on fire inside the home so the 2nd time they came and he ran I told them if they sit down the road he will be back soon as they leave so when they left he came back in the home and a few minutes later he heard them drive back up so he jumped up and was trying to get out so like always I thought he had jumped out the bedroom window so I gave the law consent to search two times well they found him in the front closet so they told me that I knew he hadn't jumped out the window I knew he was still in the home I keep pleading with them telling them that I didn't know he was in the home so they locked me up bc they said I had lied to them in witch I didn't so know I have a FTA bc I didn't get a lawyer and I got scared bc I didn't know what to do or say for myself I'm trying to get this FTA took care of and the charge hopefully threw out but I do need a lawyer
