We have a customer accepted the contract for *. He applied for the PCE Loan for $*,* that will be sending to our company. Customer need to pay us only $*. question; how to indicate in the invoice to the customer that he will be responsible if we do not receive $10K?
In your invoice, you could include a clause stating:
*. The total contract amount is $*,*
*. The customer is responsible for $*,*
*. The remaining $*,* is expected from the PCE loan
*. If the PCE loan fails to come through, the customer is still responsible for the full contract amount of $*,*.
