I signed a purchase and sale agreement and was not aware of its true meaning. What was discussed wasnt what was in the agreement. It was misleading and the reason i signed was to get money for a lawyer for my son. I couldnt do what it required me to do which was opposite of what they offered to get me to sign. Now they want *,ooo.$ and put a lien on my property.
