Remote Monitoring App Scam

Yes hello I was trying to figure out what to do in my case I was looking around the internet trying to find a remote monitoring app so that I can remotely see what’s going on around my place when I’m out or off to work since I don’t have a actual camera at home for now that’s the best solution well I found this app online that is a remote monitoring spy app and I spoke to ai chat services online because they didn’t have any live customer service to assist me ai told me that I would be able to remotely installed the software on the device with only the email address and password I kept asking them if some of the features where ambient recording or live recording etc… for android devices she said yes then no then yes an azure me that once it’s purchased I will have all features no matter the plan I choice I asked again are you sure I don’t need the phone in hand or anything like it or to give you permissions to use the phone or a code or any notification the phone may resive again I was told no no need for anything after you pay your gonna have to enter the information I just told you email and password and that’s it you don’t need the phone to do this I said at all ai said at all I purchase the plan of $* and once I purchased it I was told that I need to have the phone in my hands to go into the settings an and apply the email address on the phone and to press backup so I can get the info and verify a code that was gonna be send to the monitoring phone and plus no features that they assured me I would have the plan has at all even after I purchased it I told the ai chat services that it doesn’t do what it was told and what she told me it would do and have and she kept telling me that they do offer them. Services and that I needed to reach customer service if I needed any assistance or to go to their website to speak to an agent she game me the link and impressed on it and it send me directly to her again I email them and didn’t get a response I asked for a refund am so kept on sending me back to the same place back to her now what can I do I was scammed out my money and they don’t care at all
