I am having problems with my Boost Mobile service and it feels like I'm being discriminated upon and misled
I'm sorry to hear about your situation, ****. To better assist you, could you please provide more specific details about the problems you're experiencing? Also, could you specify your location?
Yes, here is the last email I sent boost mobile. I'm able to pay my monthly bill online every month but I'm not able to purchase a new device with boost mobiles faulty system. Perhaps if you added the cost of the new device to my phone bill, then I could pay for it that way. Just trying to find an easy solution. So far the only solution presented to me is, that I have to have * different phone accounts in order to receive the phone upgrade that I'm entitled to and that is well over due. I'm a disabled veteran, living in section * housing, with a very low monthly fixed income and I dont have any extra funds to purchase an additional phone account. I was never disclosed at the time of purchase of my existing device, and service, that the only way that I would be able to upgrade my phone in the future was if I were to purchase an additional account for a month and then cancel it. I also was homeless at the time I joined boost mobile and the only address I could provide was my PO box at UPS. 3 months after I purchased service I moved into section * housing and I no longer needed the PO box services to receive mail. So I cancelled it due to not being able to afford it and the fact that I get mail for free at my residence. Now I'm being punished for cancelling my old PO box and am not allowed to upgrade my phone due to boost mobiles policies. At least that is what boost mobile has told me. It feels like I am being discriminated against for being homeless at the time I purchased service with Boost Mobile. Please can you help me? I didn't do anything wrong. I feel that I've also been misled.
