Hidden Salvage Title Fraud

I purchased a car in august of * and after months of driving my wonderful car come to find out it has a hidden branded/salvage title on it the car dealer didn't tell me about. Now my car is not able to be titled or registered in oregon. I also have had to purchase another car due to this screwed up mess and would like to find out my legal recourse against him. In other words I would like to please have my money for this car refunded plus the cost of the battery and tires and storage fees. I would like to be made whole please so I am able to pay off this other car. I would like to have said car removed from my property as well please. I have tried to contact * attorneys in oregon and they said no thankyou to helping me. So I would like to know where to go from here please
