I received an official bill from black hills energy stating that I owe them *.* due January *,*. When I called them on December *, * the representative I spoke to said there was a zero balance and set up a work order for reconnect on December *, * between the hours of 12p-5p. I called because it was not reconnected and that lady told me I owed *,*. Upon call back again I was then told I owed *.*. On the official bill it shows *.* deposit requested. -*.* deposit arrangement adjustment. And the next line is deposit arrangement for *.*. Every representative has been inconsistent with answers and the lady I spoke to when asking why it wasn’t turned on said she canceled the work order which I did not receive an email about. And then stated that I owe them *.* before they will turn it on. Nothing in any official document has laid out where they are getting *.*
