I had already submitted a motion for a video conference as i was unsure what to do ,i reached out to clerk at court with this and had no response .After submitting and getting commisioned ,clerk phoned me and requested in writing and file e mail and no longer to email and use mail or portal

emailing has been permitted rescently for unknown reasons .I had been informed i would have to reserve process server after all paper work and affidavids were submitted to courts .Clerk had noted she had no knowledge of this .
