City Judgment Appeal Process

Summary

If you didnt receive a notice before a judgment was made, it might be a violation of due process, a constitutional right. You can potentially appeal the judgment based on this. To appeal, write a Notice of Appeal mentioning your intention to appeal, details of the judgment, and reasons for appeal, such as violation of due process. File it at the courthouse within 60 days of the judgment and serve a copy to the city council. Consulting a lawyer is advised.
