Can you help me reword a legal response to a judge for a cival lawsuit to sound more professional
Of course, I'd be happy to assist you, **** Purvis. Could you please provide me with the details of your current response? This will enable me to understand the context and help you reword it in a more professional manner.
Dear judge i am writing you this in regaurds to the reopeaned case agiants me te was dismissed because the plaintiff failed to show up. I recieved the same notices and the plaintiff and his lawyer so i dont understand why the case is reopened back up due to the plaintif and his lawyers lack of communication in all due respect that is his job to know his court dates wih this being said it puts in a hard spot to be able to make it to court ue to the fact that i get my birds on *-*-* and its just me and my girlfriend that run my two poultry houses and when we are in season someone has to stay at the farm at all times just in case there is an emergency with the birds. I would like to request that the case be dropped due to there lack of professionalism to show up
Dear Honorable Judge,
I respectfully write regarding my case, which was recently reopened. Originally, the case was dismissed due to the plaintiff's absence. It is unclear why it has been reopened as both parties received the same notifications.
The plaintiff and his attorney's failure to communicate or remember their scheduled court dates is not my responsibility.
My livelihood, managing two poultry houses, requires constant attention, especially during season. I am scheduled to receive a new batch of birds on July *, *, which makes attending court challenging.
Given these circumstances, I humbly request the case be dismissed due to the plaintiff's unprofessionalism and their failure to attend the initial proceedings.
Sincerely,
**** Purvis
Dear judge i am writing you this in regaurds to the reopeaned case agiants me te was dismissed because the plaintiff failed to show up. I know you said there was a possibilty that it could be reopeaned if the reason was good enough but I recieved the same notices and the plaintiff and his lawyer so i dont understand why the case is reopened back up due to the plaintif and his lawyers lack of communication in all due respect that is his job to know his court dates wih this being said it puts in a hard spot to be able to make it to court ue to the fact that i get my birds on *-*-* and its just me and my girlfriend that run my two poultry houses and when we are in season someone has to stay at the farm at all times just in case there is an emergency with the birds. Dear Honorable Judge,
I respectfully write in reference to the reopened case against me. The case was previously dismissed due to the plaintiff's absence. We both received equivalent notifications, and their failure to show up seems due to their own miscommunication. It's challenging for me to attend court as my profession - running two poultry houses - requires constant on-site presence, especially starting from July *, *. I kindly request the case dismissal due to their lack of professionalism and attendance.
Sincerely,
**** Purvis
Can you add in that last paragraph someone stating i was not legally served the papers so i am unware of if i need to attend the next court date
Sure, here's how it can be rephrased:
"Furthermore, I was not legally served the papers, leaving me uncertain about the necessity of my attendance at the upcoming court date. I kindly request your consideration of these circumstances."
Sincerely,
**** Purvis
Can you add ta last paragraph in with the previuse paragraph
Of course, here is the combined paragraph:
