Dear judge i am writing you this in regaurds to the reopeaned case agiants me te was dismissed because the plaintiff failed to show up. I recieved the same notices and the plaintiff and his lawyer so i dont understand why the case is reopened back up due to the plaintif and his lawyers lack of communication in all due respect that is his job to know his court dates wih this being said it puts in a hard spot to be able to make it to court ue to the fact that i get my birds on *-*-* and its just me and my girlfriend that run my two poultry houses and when we are in season someone has to stay at the farm at all times just in case there is an emergency with the birds.
