I had a judgement for possession against me and I fileds motion to stay and it was granted, my 4 year old daughter was included in the court papers and they were told to remove her. When they filed for a new court hearing she was still in the court papers. I signed a stipulation and now i received court papers from the lawyer ask for a judgement for possession against my daughter because she didn't show up to court or file am anwer with the courts
