I’m in Waco Texas. My mother is the Custodial parent and me and my boyfriend (the kids dad) are the Non custodial parents…we had our kids back in * but my boyfriend had to go to a treatment facility through probation in November of * because he tested dirty for alcohol and I got in trouble for stealing in March of * and went to jail. Well my family said that someone called cps on us because were both locked up and I was told that a caseworker was going to come talk to me and him which never happened. When I got home my family is telling me that cps said we weren’t allowed to be around our kids without being supervised but they won’t show me any paperwork that supports that fact. I feel like my family is keeping my kids from me for no reason not cps! I’m not a bad mother…my kids have always been very well taken care of and I just want to know what we need to do to go about getting our kids back
