Me and my daughters father have a custody court order and a child support court order. He sees her every other saturday at * till sunday at 6pm. I have had cps called on me twice and resulted from him calling them. No problems at my house at all. Hes currently *,* dollars behind in child support. Our custody agreement says he is strictly the one to pick her up. If he continously wants someone else to pick her up can i say no and legally not get in trouble?
