The ex wife and I have a custody agreement for our kids in place. Nothing in it concerning children’s phones. We gifted our daughter a phone a year ago. * weeks ago it broke. The ex wife wants it back but I’m currently fixing it. She threatened to call and report the phone stolen. Should I be worried?
